Asam Pedas Recipe
Bahan-bahan:
Bahan kisar:
2 biji bawang merah besar
4 ulas bawang putih
11/2 inci halia
1 inci kunyit hidup
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
Sedikit belacan (ikut rasa masing-masing tak letak pun tak apa)
Bahan lain:
Ikan apa-apa jenis
1 senduk penuh cili kering
1/2 cawan air asam jawa pekat
Daun kesum
1-2 kuntum bunga kantan
1 cawan air biasa
Garam secukupnya
Cara Penyediaan:
- Panaskan minyak masukkan bahan kisar tadi, tumis sampai naik bau.
- Masukkan cili kering dan tumis sampai pecah minyak.
- Bila bahan tumis tadi pecah minyak masukkan air asam jawa, tunggu smpai mendidih.
- Masukkan bunga kantan atau daun kesum dan masak sampai naik bau.
- Akhir sekali baru masukkan 1 ekor ikan yang telah dikerat dan garam secukup rasa.
