Mee siput Recipe
Bahan-bahan:
1 mangkuk lada kering (kisar halus).
5 ulas bawang putih (kisar halus).
2 biji bawang besar (kisar halus).
2 biji bawang holand (hiris kasar).
Senggenggam ikan bilis.
Belacan (sebesar ibu jari).
Asam jawa.
Gula melaka (1 ketul).
Mee siput (1 bungkus.
Cara Penyediaan:
- Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang holand sampai kekuningan.
- Masukkan belacan dan air asam jawa. Dan sambung tumis.
- Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukupnya.
- Masak sambal sehingga garing.
- Panaskan api lagi untuk goreng mee siput.
